Delivery policy

UK delivery is free on orders over £20. Below £20, tracked delivery is £4.50 and next-working-day delivery is £7.50. Orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays, with payment cleared, are dispatched the next working day from the South of England. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland can add a working day. Plain outer carton with no compound name on the outside. Every order is tracked; the tracking number on the order is the source of truth.

The same figures are on shipping.
