What “research use only” means for peptides in the UK

Seller duties versus buyer duties
We present goods as research chemicals, require an explicit research-use tick at checkout, and refuse dosing or injection copy. Buyers are responsible for how they use laboratory materials under their own protocols and local rules. This page is not legal advice.
Human Medicines Regulations 2012
The MHRA judges overall impression. A page that looks like a treatment protocol is not rescued by a footer. We will not say a peptide treats, prevents or diagnoses disease in people. We will not convert an animal or in-vitro paper into a human product instruction.
What we will and will not say
We will state identity (name, CAS where known, milligrams), live GBP price with a date, HPLC as a batch-release specification, lot on the vial, and UK dispatch. We will not publish reconstitution-for-injection, bodybuilding cycles, tanning, fat-loss protocols, or “clinically proven in patients” language.
What a CoA is for
Every listed batch has a certificate of analysis. Email the order id or the lot on the vial to hello@evolvpeptides.co.uk and the file for that batch is sent. A paper certificate is not in the carton.
HPLC ≥99% is a batch-release specification: the lot was checked against that threshold before packing. It is not independent clinical proof, not a sterility certificate, and not a licence for human use. See how to read a CoA.

Are research peptides legal to buy in the UK?
EVOLV sells laboratory research chemicals, not licensed medicines. This page is not legal advice. Presenting a chemical as a treatment can fall under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012. We sell and describe them as research materials only.
Do I need a prescription?
EVOLV does not supply prescription medicines. Wegovy, Mounjaro and Ozempic are MHRA-authorised medicines supplied through clinics. Our GLP-class listings are research chemicals with the same names, not those products.
Can I use these for personal use / injection?
No. Checkout requires a research-use confirmation. We do not publish dosing, injection technique, or reconstitution-for-humans. A research-use footer does not make a protocol lawful.
Is a research-use-only label enough?
No. MHRA looks at overall impression: title, photos, FAQs and ads together. A disclaimer cannot save a page that reads like a clinic protocol. We write the catalogue as laboratory supply.
